Luisa es una ejecutiva de una compañía de telefonía móvil que, a los 44 años deedad, se siente invisible: vive sola, su marido la dejó y su hija estudiafuera. En una fiesta de la empresa es ignorada por Jorge, un compañero detrabajo de su misma edad, que va acompañado de una chica joven, Marina,teleoperadora de la firma. Despechada, Luisa recurrirá a una actriz y a suprofesor de tenis de mesa para hacerse ver y poder seducir a Jorge.
