Ernesto, un profesor bastante escéptico y gruñón, vecino de Lavapiés, vuelve al colegio. Los problemas del centro y sus relaciones con Amanda, una compañera de trabajo, con Mariela, su asistenta colombiana, y con Juan, su mejor amigo, así como elencuentro con un vagabundo le harán replantearse su vida y su barrio.
Ernesto, a rather grumpy, sceptical teacher and resident of Lavapiés, returns to school. The center’s problems and his relationships with Amanda, a work mate, Mariela, his Colombian assistant, and Juan, his best friend, as well as a chanceencounterwith a tramp will make him reconsider both his life and his neighbourhood.
