Manu Aranguren es un político vasco que ejerce de interlocutor del gobierno español en las negociaciones con ETA. Lejos de ser un acto solemne y calculado, pronto se verá que las casualidades, los errores o los malentendidos marcarán el diálogoentreambas partes. Y que la relación personal entre negociadores será clave para la resolución del conflicto.
Manu Aranguren is a Basque politician who acts as a mediator for the Spanish government in its negotiations with ETA. Far from being a solemn, calculated occasion, unexpected occurrences, slip-ups or misunderstandings soon kick in to influence thedialogue. And the personal relationship between negotiators will be key in solving the conflict.
