Al saber que su amigo Joseba está enfermo, Tocho y Jean Pierre deciden ir a verlo a Mali. Recordando los viajes que hicieron los tres juntos en los 80, cruzando África en coches que luego vendían en Mali y Níger, se aventuran a atravesar el Sahara con un 4 Latas que aún conserva su hija, Ely. Un viaje repleto de emociones y de divertidos encuentros que cambiará la vida de todos para siempre.

Thirty years ago, TOCHO was an adventurer who used to cross the Sahara Desert together with his two best friends, in cars which they later sold in Mali and Niger. This was by far the best period in his life, but he has been struggling ever since. Neither has he heard anything from his two fellow adventurers. One fine day, Tocho receives a letter that will mark a radical change in his life. In the letter, JOSEBA´s wife tells him that her husband is dying of a terminal cancer.
