Javier Falcón, jefe de Homicidios de Sevilla, debe resolver dos asuntos distintos en poco tiempo. Por un lado, las consecuencias inmanejables de un caso de espionaje en el que está involucrado personalmente: un viejo amigo suyo se infiltró en uncomandoterrorista islámico, y ahora el comando pretende reclutar a su hijo adolescente para la causa. Por otro lado, Falcón se enfrenta al secuestro de un niño por cuya liberación la mafia rusa, a la que está investigando, le exige que pague un preciodemasiado alto.
