Tras décadas de investigación arqueológica, por fin se van despejando muchas de las leyendas que hasta ahora envolvían a Tartessos, la cultura que hace 3000 años fusionó Oriente y Occidente en lo que hoy es Andalucía. Los recientes descubrimientos ofrecen una visión más completa del encuentro entre fenicios e indígenas que dio lugar a una de las historias más bellas del Mediterráneo.
The mythical kingdom of Tartessos, often mixed with Atlantis, is found and confirmed in archaeological surveys all over Spain: Tartessos succeed in gathering, 3000 years ago, Western people with Eastern navigators coming from Phoenicia in search of the gold and silver mines of Tarsis, as quoted in the Bible and classic texts.
