- EXTENDED SYNOPSIS
El Transiberiano es uno de esos legendarios viajes en tren que la gente suele soñar con hacer alguna vez en la vida, aunque evidentemente ha pasado por épocas mejores. Tras su reciente estancia en Pekín, una pareja americana, Roy y Jessie, decidehacerel largo viaje de vuelta a casa en el famoso tren. Allí conocen a otra pareja, Carlos y Abby, con los que rápidamente entablan una relación. Cuando Roy no sube al tren tras una de las paradas, Carlos y Abby se ofrecen a esperarle con Jessie en lapróxima estación. Es entonces cuando ésta empieza a darse cuenta de que sus compañeros de viaje no son exactamente quienes aparentan ser. Lo que tendría que haber sido un viaje placentero se complicará todavía más al verse inesperadamenterelacionadoscon la investigación llevada a cabo por el oficial Grinko, un agente ruso dedicado a la lucha contra el narcotráfico.
