Lo lograrán gracias a la colaboración inestimable de la casa-cuartel de la Guardia Civil.

Inés, a social worker arrives in an Andalusian village to help her ex-partner in a difficult project; encourage the inhabitants to put on the play “La venganza de Don Mendo” (Don Mendo’s Revenge). They hope that the planned performance, which istobebroadcast on local television, will be a way of smoothing ethnic differences between Moroccans, Asians and gypsies. However, things get complicated because the wife of the Civil Guard lieutenant longs for fame and what’s more a corporal andseveralprostitutes are included in the cast.
