- EXTENDED SYNOPSIS
Adaptación de la obra de teatro “La Casa de Bernarda Alba” de Federico García Lorca. Cinco mujeres son secuestradas y encerradas en una extraña fábrica y obligadas a ejercer la prostitución. Bernarda, que tiene una extraña relación con su criada Poncia, piensa que así las redime y libra de los males del mundo. Bernarda representa la opresión y la tiranía, mientras que su hermana María Josefa simboliza la libertad.
Adaptation of the theatre work The House of Bernarda Alba by Federico García Lorca. Five women are kidnapped and locked into a strange factory and forced to work as prostitutes. Bernarda, who has a strange relationship with her maid Poncia, thinks that this will redeem and free them from the evils of the world. Bernarda represents oppression and tyranny, while her sister María Josefa symbolises freedom.
