Los destinos de ambos hermanos vuelven a cruzarse dramáticamente cuandoRaúl decide desaparecer una temporada de la policía y regresa a visitar a sufamilia. Mafias, prostitution, violence, drugs and money laundering provide thebackground for the story of Raúl and Valentín, two brothers with very differentlives: Raúl is a violent policeman faced with disciplinary proceeding forbrutality who is one of the targets of ETA and prostitution mafias. Valentín,his brother, suffers from an intellectual handicapped and is in love with oneof the prostitutes from the roadside bordello where he works as the generaldogsbody. The fate of the two brothers crosses dramatically when Raúl decidesto disappear from the police for a while and goes back to visit his family.
